Moulding
Alpha operates two advanced molding lines designed for high-volume production and precision using a Green Sand molding process. Line 1 is equipped with SHRI SAKTHI Make ARPA 450 machines. Both lines utilize a standardized box size of 580mm x 580mm x 150mm to ensure consistency and versatility in production.

- Standard Box Size: 580mm X 580mm X 150mm.
- Sand Plant & Handling:
- Control System: PLC-controlled track line with a capacity of 50 boxes per hour.
- Sand Preparation: Semi-Automatic Sand Plant with a capacity of 15 MT/Hour.
- Cooling System: Integrated 20 TPH Sand Cooler working in-line with the sand plant.
- Process: Specialized Green Sand molding for superior casting finish.
