Our story started with Bharat Industries. Founded by Late Mr. Anil Phadke, we began as a modest operation focusing on traditional hand moulding casting. We quickly became a go-to partner for the sugar and process industries, proving that quality craftsmanship always finds a market.
In 2010, we evolved into Alpha Founders. We took a big leap forward by installing a semi-automatic line and an induction melting furnace. While we started by serving second-tier customers, this move gave us the precision we needed to aim much higher.
By 2014, our hard work paid off as we began working directly with major global names. Leading OEM/ Tier 1 like ZF, Montanari, and Kirloskar Oil Engines started trusting us with their components, marking our entry into the big leagues of manufacturing.
We realized that casting was only half the story. In 2016, we launched Phadke Engineers as our dedicated machine shop. Starting with just two VMCs, we’ve grown into a powerhouse featuring high-tech CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL machines.

Growth requires space, and in 2025, we took a major step by acquiring new land within our industrial area. This wasn't just a purchase; it was a commitment to our future and the foundation for our next big technological jump.
We aren't stopping yet. By 2027, we plan to go fully automatic with a new HPML line and an auto-pouring system. This will make our production faster, safer, and more precise than ever, keeping Alpha Founders at the forefront of the industry.
